About Us
Care That Feels Like Family
BJM Compassionate Care LLC is a non-medical home care staffing agency based in Lowell, Massachusetts. We are a family-built organization rooted in Haitian heritage, faith, and an unwavering commitment to dignity for every person we serve.

Our Mission
To restore dignity, independence, and human connection for every elder and every individual with a disability we are entrusted to serve.
We exist to ensure that no senior in our community is forgotten, no immigrant family feels lost in the system, and no person needing care is treated like a burden. We provide non-medical home care services that allow people to age and live with the same dignity they gave their family, their community, and their God their entire lives.
Our Vision
A Massachusetts where every person — regardless of language, culture, income, or background — has access to compassionate, professional, family-style home care.
We envision BJM becoming a model for what culturally-competent home care can look like. A standard that other agencies will measure themselves against. An agency where the people doing the caring are paid fairly, treated with respect, and trained to provide world-class service.
Our Purpose
Why BJM Exists Beyond Money
Every business should be able to answer one question with clarity: Why do we exist? Profit is the fuel — but it is not the destination.
To Honor Our Elders
Society too often treats elders as invisible. We treat them as treasures. Every wrinkle is a story.
To Serve the Underserved
Lowell is home to thousands of Haitian, Latino, African, and immigrant families who deserve caregivers who speak their language and respect their faith.
To Create Good Jobs
We prove that an agency can pay caregivers fairly, treat them with respect, train them well, and still thrive.
To Build a Family Legacy
Sons, sisters, brothers, and mothers building something together that will outlast any one of us.
To Reflect Our Faith
Whatever we do for the least of these, we do for Him. This is ministry — church outside the four walls.
To Give Back to Haiti
As we grow, a portion of our success fuels efforts to support families and communities in Cap-Haïtien.
Our Values
What Guides Every Decision
